Eligibility for Returns 

Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. 

All labels, brand tags, and boxes must be returned exactly as received. 
Products that have been worn, cleaned, modified, or handled improperly will not qualify for return. 
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team within this period. 
Items that do not comply with these guidelines will be declined. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Email us your return query along with your Order ID and a brief reason for returning the product at Centrolywavesolutionspvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence 

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos that show the issue to help speed up the review. 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions Shared 

Once your return request is approved, we will share complete details of the return procedure. 

We reserve full discretion to reject return requests that go against our return conditions. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

When the returned item reaches us, our team will examine it to ensure it matches the return criteria. You will be informed whether your refund has been accepted or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refund Guidelines 

If an item only partly meets the return requirements—such as missing packaging or slight damage—we may provide a partial refund, depending on our assessment. 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you purchased, please submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving the package. Share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve the matter quickly.
